Nice image! I went to school up there and used to visit Letchworth. Beautiful park! I love the water here, it is IMO not too silky but also not too choppy. I might be tempted to crop a little of the foreground so it's not quite so dominant to draw the eye more towards the main falls. Right now I see the image sort of in three "blocks" top, middle, bottom. If the bottom was cropped more, it would emphasize the falls a little bit more and break up that "blocky" appearance.

I like the color in this one.

I feel the exact opposite. A landscape is usually supposed to have three layers to it with a foreground, middle ground and background but the fog in the background throws me off for it looks like it comes out of nowhere. I would keep all of the colorful foreground and crop the fog off the top. I do agree with the point that the foreground dominates a bit if the waterfall is the center of interest so I would've used a wider aperture and blur the foreground a little so the eye is drawn to the waterfall and the colorful background is also blurred a bit which the crop itself would put the waterfall in the rule of thirds and the colorful foliage would be more of a frame of the waterfall. That's just my opinion. Beautiful image though.

Honestly, I looked at it again and I wouldn't even blur the foreground after my suggestion of the crop.

I think the suggestion of cropping the fog is a good one, too, that would help the image I think.

Thanks guys. Here is the image without any crop. I should have done what I normally would do and shoot the image in both portrait & landscape. I generally will not add boring sky, but the fog caught my eye. Here is a crop I that might be better.

I love the colours, nice and rich and I think the edit version works a lot better.

Thanks Si. Using a polarizer while it is raining makes colors pop.

Thanks Charlie for sharing the technical tips. Great capture, like Si said the edited image works much better. My personal taste is to cut off a little more on the top to dominate more water fall.
